Branded

I know some people who are fond of collecting branded things. For them using and wearing things with signatures, gives them a sense of pride. It increases themselves esteem. Sometimes I disregard with their opinions but somehow, they also have a point. The way people look at your lifestyle depends on the brand and cost of the things you are using and wearing. There are also people who don't care for the branded one. For them, branded or without brand doesn't matter at all as long as you know how to carry it by yourself.

Significance of Dream

I used to dream that I can fly. In my dream, I need to stay in a higher place that serves as spring board where I could start flying. It was an exhausting dream of mine because I have to keep on kicking my feet and waving my arms like bird just to keep me going, otherwise, I will fall into the ground. If witches were chasing after me, then my dreams ended up into nightmares. I did not give meaning to any of my dreams before nor gave them importance. Until such time that I dreamed of something bad which I could not recall when I woke up, yet, made me uneasy. Week passed, untoward incident happened. At first, I told myself that it was just a coincidence, but it did not only happen once, in fact, it happened many times. Though I did not give importance to my dreams, but I admit that some of my dreams somehow warned me of unpleasant event that will happen to me and to the people that I care. These things made me ponder if dreams really convey message. Maybe yes just like the story in the Bible "Joseph the Dreamer".

Multiple Intelligences

Nobody is dull and everyone is intelligent. Those were the things my teacher used to tell us. When she saw my eyebrows met, she knew that there's something behind these meetings of eyebrows. She understood right away what was the question hidden at the back of my mind. So she started to explain and said, each one is unique, even identical twins differ from each other. They may be similar in profile yet, each twin is individually different from the other. Their intellect are not the same too. Thus, everyone excels in different ways. Anybody can be very good in numbers but cannot express himself verbally. Some may not good in academic but are good at other aspects. Intelligence does not focus only in Cognitive domain but also in Affective domain and Psycho motor domain as well. Some people hate mathematics especially figures yet, they can dance and sing very well. That's why my teacher said, everyone is intelligent because each one excels in a certain skill.

My Favorite Dishes

I am a type of person who is not attracted to meat. Though meat is good, but I don't prefer to eat it. Maybe because it as how my folks raised me. I have a food preference. I am a vegetarian person. My stomach always craves with vegetables. I also love seafood. That is one reason why I like to be in the seashore. We used to cook seafood combined with vegetables. When other people saw me eating vegetables laughed at me. They said I have a goat blood. They didn't know that aside from being delicious, compared with meat, they are more affordable and nutritious..

Why many people like to maximize the volume of their music?

This was the question that pondered in my mind. Why my neighbors don't like to lower the volume of their music? It's very noisy in the neighborhood. If you try to tell them, you ended up the bad one. Many times I overreacted to the situation especially when I wanted to have some rest, but my spouse stopped me told me, "just enjoy the noise". Maybe they wanted us to share with their music or maybe they wanted to be known for having the loudest sound system in the place. I didn't know which of the two supposition was correct. But my brother replied, neither of them. He said, they're doing such thing because they couldn't find stillness in their hearts.

Accessory Made Of Seashells

We can find treasure in the sea water. Aside from that, sea is also one source food and accessories. Lots of useful things can be found in the sea and even just in the seashore. Many beautiful accessories are made of seashells. Seashell has multi purpose, it serves as dish while the empty seashell can be used as accessories or even house decor. Lampshades, chandelier, buckles, earrings, necklace, bracelets made of seashell are beautiful. When you meet people in the city especially women, you can see most of their accessories are made of seashell and they look glamorous and fascinated.

Curiosity

Canube the Curious is strolling at the carnival one day. He notices a large crowd gathering around a show at the far end. He decides to find out who the clever performer is and see what he or she is doing to attract such a big crowd. To his dismay, however, he cannot see over people's heads. He shoves and elbows himself through the thick crowd but fails to reach the front. Finally, a clever idea comes to him. He starts shouting at the top of his voice, "Make way! I am the father of the performer!" When the crowd hears this, they move to one side to give way to Canube the Curious. "Make way! I am the father of the performer!" he shouts again. Upon reaching the front, Canube is embarrassed to see that the clever performer is a monkey juggling a number of balls.

San Juanico Bridge

The San Juanico Bridge which is 2.16 kilometers long, built over the narrow San Juanico strait, holds the record as the longest bridge in the Philippines. The San Juanico bridge connects from the town of Sta. Rita on Samar and Tacloban City in Leyte, crosses the San Juanico Strait, it is known to be the world's narrowest because it is only two kilometers wide at its most narrow point. During the administration of the late President Ferdinand Marcos, the bridge is supported by 43 spans that rise 41 meters above the sea in the year 1973.
