All Souls Day

One of the Filipino traditions is the celebration of All Souls Day. This kind of tradition shows the strong family ties of Filipinos. This will be celebrated in the second day of November. But prior to that day, is the feast of All Saints Day, that's why most Filipinos have their celebration in two days. Now that the celebration is approaching, for sure, many are preparing and planning to spend it to their home town where their relatives are there. A week before the occasion, people will go to cemetery to clean the graves of their relatives who passed away as a preparation for the coming All Souls Day. Business minded people take advantage of the affair due to the high demand of flowers and candles. This is the time in which passed away relatives will be remembered.
