What makes our heart restless?

Is being penniless make our heart restless? I don't think so. What about having problems? Could it make our heart restless? Well, partly it will. But not all people with problems have restless hearts because these people knew that, each man's problem is enough for him to carry on. If that is so, then what makes our heart restless? Do you want to know what were my folks answers? They said, first is discontentment. According to them, even if a man has everything and yet he is not contented for what he has, then he will not find rest in his heart and continues seeking something that will fill in his emptiness. Another is hatred and anger. An angry man easily finds enemies. He always has this feeling of animosity not only to his enemies but also to the people who are in contact to his foes and thinks that these people are against him too. These unhealthy feelings of hatred and anger also make our heart uneasy and restless.

Jealous Guy

I am a big fan of the Beetles band, even though I'm not born at their times. What I like most of their songs is the lyrics and the melody. My uncles influenced me a lot of the Beetles because they used to jam with their friends singing the beetles songs. I was in my elementary grade at that time, and since then I began to love the Beetles. One of the songs entitled "Jealous Guy" written and performed by John Lennon struck me a lot lately. Before, I don't give much attention to the lyrics because I don't understand what the writer want to explain. I am touch with the songs because that's what I am and that's how I feel. The main point of the song is not only apologizing to His wife for his jealousy, but also to explain it away that by saying "That's how I am." At the end of the lyrics reflect as this. "Watch out look out-I'm just a jealous guy".

Is Love Blind?

I used to hear this phrase "love is blind". While in fact, this is the common alibi of people who fall in love to a wrong guy. In love people often received criticism. And to justify their feelings, they just simply say " love is blind ". Why? Because love enables a person to accept the unbearable one. The question is, is love really blind? Well, for the one sided critic, it is. But if we try to broaden our mind and dig deeper, love isn't blind at all because in love person is the only one who could see the beauty of his beloved which others could not.
