It is a bunch of bamboo floating in a slant position in a deep water. Bamboo floats, but single bamboo cannot be seen in a distance. To make it more visible farther, they were using a bunch of it. It tilted because, they put a heavy thing at the bottom. Aside from the heavy thing, there are twigs and dry leaves also underneath. These dry leaves and twigs attract the fish and they serve as the fish refuge. Usually, a school of fish stays there and fishers specially the owner will often visit there bringing nets and baits to fish.
