The Sting of Stonefish

I like to spend most of my leisure time in the seashore. Though being there is not just for enjoyment but it is also a good place where we could get food. One day, my friend and I went there gathering shells for the dinner. Aside from collecting shells, we were also catching fish. As we were there, we're very noisy catching and chasing fish. Doing such thing, we used to bare foot. During that time, we were laughing out loud while chasing the fish until my friend stepped on something. It's a stone fish yet we did not recognize it because it looked like a stone. A matter of seconds, the sting scattered up to her thigh. Her foot swelled and she could hardly walk. The following day, the pain subsided. From then on, I no longer step on the seashore without clearing it.

Long Table

Sometimes I disregard with their opinions but somehow, they also have a point. The way people look at your lifestyle depends on the brand and cost of the things you are using and wearing. There are also people who don't care for the branded one. For them, branded or without brand doesn't matter at all as long as you know how to carry it by yourself.

Significance of Dream

I used to dream that I can fly. In my dream, I need to stay in a higher place that serves as spring board where I could start flying. It was an exhausting dream of mine because I have to keep on kicking my feet and waving my arms like bird just to keep me going, otherwise, I will fall into the ground. If witches were chasing after me, then my dreams ended up into nightmares. I did not give meaning to any of my dreams before nor gave them importance. Until such time that I dreamed of something bad which I could not recall when I woke up, yet, made me uneasy. Week passed, untoward incident happened. At first, I told myself that it was just a coincidence, but it did not only happen once, in fact, it happened many times. Though I did not give importance to my dreams, but I admit that some of my dreams somehow warned me of unpleasant event that will happen to me and to the people that I care. These things made me ponder if dreams really convey message. Maybe yes just like the story in the Bible "Joseph the Dreamer".

Multiple Intelligences

Nobody is dull and everyone is intelligent. Those were the things my teacher used to tell us. When she saw my eyebrows met, she knew that there's something behind these meetings of eyebrows. She understood right away what was the question hidden at the back of my mind. So she started to explain and said, each one is unique, even identical twins differ from each other. They may be similar in profile yet, each twin is individually different from the other. Their intellect are not the same too. Thus, everyone excels in different ways. Anybody can be very good in numbers but cannot express himself verbally. Some may not good in academic but are good at other aspects. Intelligence does not focus only in Cognitive domain but also in Affective domain and Psycho motor domain as well. Some people hate mathematics especially figures yet, they can dance and sing very well. That's why my teacher said, everyone is intelligent because each one excels in a certain skill.
