Sampaguita

Sampaguita is a tiny white flower. It has a pleasant smell and its smell spread specially during night time. This tiny flower can be used as a garland. The finished garland of Sampaguita flowers often sold in the vicinity of the church. Sampaguita is the national flower of the Philippines because of its color. It said to be white signifies purity and chastity. Sampaguita is chosen to be the Philippine national flower because, as what they have said, Filipinos have a pure heart. And they added that Filipinos are decent and no stain of hypocrisy. This is what Sampaguita symbolizes for.
